Rental income is distributed proportionally among the owners of fractions. Here's an example: let's say the annual return from rent is 12%. If you own a fraction worth $10,000, it will bring you $1200 per year. If you bought fractions totaling $30,000, you will get $3600 per year.
Rental income is accrued daily from the first day the apartment is leased out. If the property is already rented, you start receiving income from the day you purchased your fraction. The amount of received rental income will be indicated in your personal account.
We offer two indicators of real estate profitability: Annual Percentage Rate (APR) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). APR is how much you will receive from rent. This amount will accumulate in your account, and you can withdraw it at any time. IRR includes APR plus the expected increase in property value over the year.
If APR is 12% and IRR is 22%, then 12% of the rent will accumulate in your account, and the remaining 10% is the expected yearly increase in the value of your share.
